Online Borrower Registration

If you are 18 years old or older and want an eCard, fill out this Online Borrower Registration form. You must be a resident of Ascension Parish or a parish that borders Ascension in order to qualify. Your eCard will give you access to limited resources in our digital library, such as OverDrive (Libby), cloudLibrary, and Kanopy. When your application has been processed, you will receive an email with your library card number and PIN. This may take a few days. Please email outreach@myapl.org if you have questions.
