Ascension Parish Library is hosting a career and resource fair! Visit with organizations and employers like Ascension Parish Government, Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office, BASF, Brown & Root, Nutrien, Part Time Pays, PMI Energy Services, River Parishes Community College, Louisiana Department of State Civil Service, Kelly Education, Louisiana Office of Student Financial Assistance (LOSFA), Rouses Markets, Waffle House, FedEx Ground, Acadian Ambulance, and many others. Job seekers will be able to meet with representatives from organizations and discuss available positions and application processes. Some may be looking to make immediate hires, so you may be able to interview on the spot. Attendees are encouraged to dress for success and bring copies of their resume.
Representatives from the Ascension Parish Registrar of Voter's Office will be on hand to register voters, answer questions, and provide voter registration information.

Our Gonzales location was built in 1980 under the direction of Earline Decoteau, Director and serves as our Main Library location. It was expanded & renovated in 1996, 1998, and 2011, under the direction of Angelle Deshautelles, Director.
