Full access library card PIN numbers are created by the library using the first three letters of your last name in all capitals and the last five digits of your library card number. Example: BOU12345. Online Borrower Card PIN number is the last four digits of your phone number. Student or Teacher eCard PIN number is your student or teacher ID number.

    • By adding cloudLibrary to our collection, we are able to be members of the Louisiana cloudLink group which gives you access to 150,000+ eBooks and eAudiobooks from 27 other Louisiana libraries. More titles means more choices for you!

    • OverDrive is sunsetting the OverDrive website on May 1, 2023 and focusing its efforts on the Libby website and app. The only way to access APL's OverDrive content after May 1 will be on Libby.

    • Access to the OverDrive website will end on May 1, 2023 as the company shifts focus to the Libby website. Because the request feature is only available on the OverDrive website, you will not be able to make requests for specific titles in Libby.

The Libby website and app have a feature called the Notify Me tag. If you apply a Notify Me tag to a title in Libby, you will get an in-app notification if the library buys the title. This feature does not, however, work the same as a "Suggest" or "Request" feature. So we are unable to see specific reader requests and purchase those titles.

You may make requests for specific eBook and eAudiobook titles in cloudLibrary. If you make requests in cloudLibrary, we will purchase titles that meet our selection policy guidelines.

    • The Kanopy Help page has information to help you get started, including how to watch on your TV.
